Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using oketo.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site.

About Oketo Canada Inc.

Oketo Canada Inc. is a premium women's denim brand incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. Our registered office is located in Vancouver, BC. References to "Oketo," "we," "our," or "us" throughout these Terms refer to Oketo Canada Inc.

Products and Availability

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour may occur due to photography and display settings.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Canadian orders are priced in CAD; US orders are priced in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shopify-supported debit cards). Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card information.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of your order confirmation email.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order.
