Refund policy
We stand behind the quality and craft of every Oketo garment. If something is not right, contact us at hello@oketostudios.com and we will resolve it.
All returns and exchanges are processed as store credit issued to your Oketo account. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. Items received after this window are not eligible for store credit and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags intact and attached, free of odour, pet hair, makeup, or any sign of wear, and accompanied by your original order confirmation or packing slip.
Non-Eligible Items
Items purchased at a discounted price, items marked final sale at the time of purchase, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@oketostudios.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery. We will respond within two business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within Canada and the United States. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is authorized. Please pack returns with reasonable care. Oketo is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, typically within three to five business days of receipt, store credit will be issued via email. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase at oketostudios.com. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery at hello@oketostudios.com. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method or, if preferred, a replacement or store credit.
