Shipping policy

Overview

We make every effort to ensure your Oketo order arrives carefully, promptly, and without friction. This policy covers all orders placed through oketostudios.com.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing does not occur on weekends, Canadian public holidays, and United States public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods such as new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Canadian Orders

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post or a comparable carrier. Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • British Columbia: 2 to 4 business days

  • Western Canada (AB, SK, MB): 3 to 6 business days

  • Central and Eastern Canada: 5 to 9 business days

  • Northern territories: 7 to 14 business days

Flat-rate or complimentary shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout. All Canadian orders are shipped in CAD.

United States Orders

Orders shipping to the United States are fulfilled via FedEx, USPS, or a comparable cross-border carrier. Estimated transit times are 3 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement after dispatch.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@oketostudios.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@oketostudios.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and ensure you are made whole.

Oketo Canada Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend.
